You agree to be bound by these Terms when you access or use the Service. If you don't agree to these rules, you won't be able to use the services we offer.

Terms of Account

  • You must be 16 or older to use this service. 
  • You may need to sign up for an account if you want to download voice content from the site or use other services on the site.
  • When registering, users must be honest and give all the information asked for on the relevant registration form.
  • It's up to the clients to keep their login credentials secret. It is agreed that the Owner will not be held responsible in any way if there is a loss, exposure, theft, or unauthorized use of the property by someone else.
  • You should act like people. We don't allow records that were made by "bots" or other computer programs.

Content Disclaimer: 

  • We don't own any of the content because our job is to get data from users and send it to other platforms.

  • We own only the text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, artwork, computer code, and our AI voices on this website.
  • SpeakTTS is only a passive, uninvolved way for this information to get out. It hasn't tried to commit to or take any risks with the content or the client's actions.
  • Since we don't own any content, we're not responsible for any offensive content that a user posts on this site. However, if that content goes against our terms of service, we'll take it down.


  • We can end or suspend your access to our Service at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to, if you break the Terms, without giving you any notice or being responsible.
  • All parts of the Terms that, by their nature, should last after the end of the contract do. This includes, but is not limited to, ownership rules, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and liability limits.
We have the right to close any account at any time for the following reasons:
  • The user has broken our agreement;
  • The user's access to or use of the Service could hurt the Owner, other users, or third parties;
  • If a legal case or government investigation is going on; 
  • The account is deemed, at the Owner's sole discretion, to be inappropriate, offensive, or in violation of this Agreement.
Your account could be deleted without notice if you don't follow these simple rules.

Payments and Refunds

  • If you're not happy with our platform, you can let us know as long as it's been 3 days since your first payment and you haven't used more than 5,000 text characters. It will be taken care of in two business days. No ill will, and no questions.
  • The Late Payment of Commercial Debt Act says that if you can't pay for the services you've received, the service will be cut off and you'll have to pay late payment fees (1998). If services are not paid for for a certain amount of time, we have the right to remove the service and all of its information from our servers without warning. If you have any trouble with how we handle payments and refunds, feel free to get in touch with us.

Terms for General Help

  • If you have questions, you can send them to us via email. 
  • We try to answer questions about support within 24 hours of receiving them. We usually answer much faster than this, but unless otherwise stated, none of our standard products come with a guarantee for how long it will take to get support.
  • Corporate customers who want a dedicated account manager or guaranteed response times should contact us to set up a premium service level agreement.
  • Using abusive language and swear words with our support team will not be tolerated.

Honesty Policy

  • No content that is protected by intellectual property rights is allowed on SpeakTTS. We own all of the rights to copy AI Voices, and we give all of those rights to our paying customers.
  • You can't post something unless you made it or had a big hand in making it. Just because you say "I have permission" doesn't mean you made it.
  • You can't post anything that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise offensive.
  • You can't post anything that is harmful to children in any way.
  • You can't ask other SpeakTTS Site users to join any other web services or other administrations.
  • You can't upload, post, email, or send any kind of unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other kind of solicitation.

Warranty and Disclaimer

  • We don't promise anything about the content of the Services, how they work, how reliable they are, or how well they can meet your needs. We offer the Services "as is." 
  • We don't guarantee that the site or any of its content, services, or features will work without problems or that using the site will lead to certain results. 
  • For any misfortune or damage of any kind incurred as a result of using the "SpeakTTS" services, the owner does not guarantee, certify, or accept responsibility for any event, products, or services accessible via the "Services" or any site accessible via the "Services."

Change in the Agreement

We have the right to change the agreement procedure when needed by sending you notice prior to the changes.
